J Heath Therapy was founded in 2023 to bring expert pelvic floor therapy directly to homes in the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte area. Our founder, Dr. Katrina Heath, has practiced physical therapy for 23 years, specializing in pelvic rehab for 19 years where she worked for Atrium Health Carolina’s Rehabiliation Center and Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. While at Penn Med she helped develop and launch the pediatric pelvic floor rehabilitation program. Dr. Kat saw a need for easier access to high-quality care without the hassle of insurance for both adults and children.
She loves treating women with pelvic pain, bowel and bladder issues, sexual dysfunctions, and pregnancy-related care.
